Short, plain, and honest about what Willow does and doesn't promise.
By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms. If you're using Willow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept them for that organisation. Where the Observatory presents its own in-product terms, those govern your use of the Observatory.
At launch, you must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Willow Observatory account. We ask you to confirm this before an account is created. There is no guardian, family, or under-18 account today, and Observatory accounts aren't intended for younger users. We may look at supporting younger users in future, but that isn't something we're promising here.
Keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown at checkout: Willow Root $14 as a one-month builder pass, Willow Canopy $98 per month for ongoing builder access, and Willow Forest priced on request. Plans, included usage, features, and limits may change. Billing, cancellation, and what happens to access afterwards are handled through your account and our payment processor, the terms shown there at the time of purchase apply.
Don't use Willow to break the law, to harm people, to attack or overload the service, or to attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer how Willow works internally.
Willow is continuity and coherence infrastructure that sits alongside model providers. It is not a model, not a substitute for professional advice, and not a guarantee that any AI output is correct or complete. Always apply your own judgement to important decisions.
We work to keep Willow available and will tell you about planned disruption where we can, but the service is provided as-is without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless we've agreed one with you in writing.
You keep ownership of what you put into Willow. You give us the permission we need to process it in order to provide the service to you, including sending it to the model providers and service processors required to carry out your request.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken in a way that puts other users or the service at risk.
